A reception party will be held at the Enoshima Aquarium in Kanagawa on 19 June 2019 (free entry to exhibits included) from 17:30 before we take everyone to Shimoda, Shizuoka on the 20th for the main body of the workshop.
The successful workshop formula includes talk sessions and ample time for other activities. These include round table discussions, practical research (including joint projects), fieldwork etc.
A comfortable conference room equipped for computer projections is available at the Shimoda Tokyu Hotel where the Workshop will be held.
Poster presentations (<85 cm wide x <90 cm high) will be encouraged to promote discussion and interaction among the participants. Poster sessions will be held in the garden/BBQ area of the hotel.
